Care to join me for a spot of tea? I’ll fill you in on what’s new in the world of Fashion and Interior Design for the upcoming Fall season.
FASHION:
Collaboration Alert! I’m really excited about this one, Altuzarra for Target. If you haven’t already seen the collection take a look below. Clothing priced from $18-$90, shoes and accessories $30-$80. Available September 14th.

TRENDING:
In knitwear it’s all about beefy sweaters, scarves, skirts, pants and dresses. Fur in all forms, shearlings too play a major part in this upcoming Fall/Winter season with smart vest, jackets, coats, and accessories too. Normcore (“fashion’s Anti-Fashion fashion trend”) is understated, clean, and anonymous fashion. And the 1960’s are revisited with A-line silhouettes, graphic prints, lower-heeled boots and mod looks.
FUR
Colors: Grey, burgundy and Sapphire blue spruce up Fall looks.
Item of the season…a great coat!If you buy nothing else this season, let it be a coat…think blanket style, with a silhouette which is oversized without being overwhelming, void of any definition, it’ll keep you cozy warm and stylish too.
Footwear: Trainers/sneakers are still the comfortable way to navigate through a day; while stiletto heels take a back seat to lower chunky-heeled boots such as these fringed beauties.
Laurence Dacade
Fashion find of the season: Zara leather skirt. Wear it with a chunky sweater and long scarf wrapped around your neck a few times.
Jewelry: A single statement making earring, as seen at Celine.
Fun Item of the season: Embellished socks Inspired by Dolce and Gabbana embroidered anklets.
Wear it with a longer calf grazing full skirt and low heeled shoe.
BEAUTY:
The cateye is still trending however it is unexpected in such rich deep hues of teal green, and vibrant blue…

but the correct brow is everything! Full brows are de rigueur so if you’ve over tweezed, plucked, or waxed yours no need to worry there are countless of brow-enhancing techniques on the market to come to the rescue. There are cosmetics such as pencils, gels, putties and creams to help, and for a more permanent result there are even brow transplants! Oh my!
