IN FASHION:
The complete look…
Lately I’ve been obsessed with the details when it comes to fashion. I used to consider myself a minimalist, not concerned much with the details. I find myself more and more interested in the finishing touches…the little things that transform an ordinary look into an extraordinary look. Whether it be just the right statement necklace, perfect shoe or handbag to complete a look.
In Hair:
Simply take your center part, softly curled, loosely braided hair and place in a bun pulling out soft wisps to fall gently around your face.
For this option, hair is brushed sleek with a center part and swept into a low, messy chignon.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Often interior design mimics what is trending in the world of fashion.
I am loving this grayish blue hue similar to that seen in Valentino’s current color spectrum. It would make a great back drop for a masculine bedroom, contemporary living room, powder room, den or even the exterior of a home.
The linen and raffia upholstered chest with it highly polished nail-head embellishment is quiet refreshing. An upholstered headboard is always a nice way to add texture to a bedroom space. A bit of Chinoiserie details are always welcomed in my design aesthetic, here in an area rug. Sumptuous drapery elevates any room; and to accent this cool, enticing color try, gunmetal or highly polished silver metal. These finishes are my preference as well as rich deeply mahogany wood to complement and ground this hue for a sleek contemporary feel.
